Omnichannel marketing is the holy grail of customer experience, seamlessly integrating touchpoints to create personalized, consistent, and conversion-driven brand interactions.
Everyone in marketing or commerce is chasing it. Foolishly so, because without an excellent mobile experience it is useless. Or at least that’s what Coen Doolaard will have you believe. And he sells Mobile Experiences. So, not entirely objective.
