Ed is passionate about working with Bazaarvoice customers and their ecosystems to fuel their business growth through social commerce, with a particular focus on harnessing the voice of their customers, especially as we see a power shift from B2C to C2B marketing.

Prior to Bazaarvoice, Ed spent 20 years in the enterprise software and consultancy industry working with global clients to deliver innovation and business transformation.
